Needing Motivation!

I've decided to start posting workouts again - hoping that will make be more accountable to DO the workouts!

Front squat - 65x10, 70x5, 80x3
Clean Segment - 60# 3x2
Clean Pull - 75# 2x3
Clean - 75#x5, 85x3, 95#x3
Press (Wendler Week 3) - 55# x 5, 63# x 3, 70# x 5
