Catalyst started a new, 4 week cycle this week with an emphasis on leg strength. Great for me! It's a 5 day/week workout, but I've decided to incorporate 3 days/week. That leaves time for some metcons and I plan to do a press/deadlift Wendler style strength program with it.

Back Squat 65% x 10 x 3 - Hamstrings are spend from the DLs yesterday. should have used 117#, but dropped it down to 95#.
Hang Snatch 65% x 3 x 5 - 63#
Halting Snatch DL 80% x 3 x 3 - 78#
Overhead Squat - 65% x 3 x 5 - 78#
Also did some ringdips 5 x 5
